To save time and money we recommend that you have all items packed and ready to move. Uptown Intown Properties' offer is for a 2-person moving team with a moving truck for a period not to exceed 2 hours. All moving companies are licensed and bonded, independent contractors and are not affiliated with Uptown Intown Properties. Additional time or specialty items will not be covered.
Relocating from another City or Prefer to Move on your Own?
No Problem. Get $200 Cash for 2 Bedrooms or $125 for 1 Bedroom instead of the Free Moving Service.
Terms and Conditions for your Free Moving Service
Uptown Intown Properties must be listed as your locator on the apartment's Guest Card, application, and lease, and you must sign a 12 month lease. For lease terms less than 12 months, but more than 6 months, we will pay you $100 for 2 Bedrooms or $50 for 1 Bedroom. For properties that pay less than 50% locator fee, we will pay you $25. Offer is only valid if Uptown Intown Properties is paid a referral fee and you are NOT transferring within the same complex or transferring to a sister property. Uptown Intown Properties is not the moving company. We hire independent contractors to complete the moves. The moving companies we use are fully licensed and bonded. The moving company reserves the right to refuse to move any items that they feel cannot be moved safely.
